 Our hospital has implemented additional sanitization protocols, in which the areas of the clinic that receive the most traffic are routinely sanitized, and all inventory is sanitized upon receiving. 

Since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak we have been monitoring the progression of the virus. Following the guidelines set by Health Canada, PEI Chief Health Office, CVMA (Canadian Veterinary Medical Association), and the PEIVMA (Prince Edward Island Veterinary Medical Association) we have implemented several health and safety precautions.

Our business hours are as follows:

Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we ask that only one person accompany a patient for their appointment. Only one person will be allowed in the exam room, with the exception of end of life care.

In an effort to restrict exposure time for clients in the hospital, we ask that you please call ahead for prescription refills to allow our staff time to prepare them for you.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation on Prince Edward Island and are prepared to make changes to our services as the situation evolves.

Contactless Ordering and Curbside Pickup

Our doors are now open and you are welcome in the hospital. We are pleased to still be offering curbside pickup as well.

How to Place a Contactless Order

  1. Place your order: Orders can be placed on our website through the contact us form or by phone at 902.838.2276. It is recommended to call ahead for any prescription refills.
    We will follow up via email or telephone to confirm we have received and processed your order.

  2. Payment: Please see Contactless Payment Methods below.

  3. Curbside Pickup: Schedule a pickup time, and call us at 902.838.2276 from your car to confirm your arrival. If paying by Debit, Visa Debit, or Mastercard Debit, see Interac instructions below. Otherwise, please stay in your car with windows up and we will place your order outside of your car.

eTransfers (Payment required before pickup)

Interac (including Debit, Visa Debit, or Mastercard Debit)

When you have arrived to pick up your order, please call us from inside your vehicle. We will bring the Debit machine out to your car.
